I think my friend Vy talked me into a half Ironman relay last night. Oh dear. THIS is why smart people don't drink alcohol!

partner yoga fo lovas!

Prior to teaching a partner yoga workshop my boyfriend and I spend a few days practicing the routine, coming up with new adjustments or plays on the poses and getting comfortable with the tempo. It finally dawned on me that I should video my practice routine to see how it looks. Then it dawned on me to share this for people who may want to do some partner yoga on their own in the privacy of their living room!
